Sugar Scrubs: Cleanse hands/feet, Apply a small amount of Sugar Scrub, Gently rub hands/feet in circular motion, rinse, PAT DRY. Stir with spoon, if ingredients separate. Use caution when using in the bathtub, this product contains oil and surfaces can become slippery.

Bath Salts: Cleanse body first. Run Warm/Hot bath water, sprinkle 1-2 Tablespoons of Bath Salt into the water, Swish to mix, get in, and Relax for 15-30min. Use caution when using in the bathtub, this product contains oil and surfaces can become slippery.

Aroma Bead Diffuser: remove the plastic wrap from the top on the container then replace the top. This diffuser is used to create a pleasant aroma in your personal space for an aromatherapy experience. If the beads seem dry, add a tablespoon of water.

On The Go Bottle: to remove the essential oil form the bottle, remove the top, turn bottle over, hold with thumb and middle finger, tap the bottom of the bottle with your index finger and a drop will come out. Our essential oils are Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade, meaning it is very concentrated. You do not need much. If the oil seems too strong, apply after using a carrier oil.
